- 2 onion
- 2 garlic clove
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 with a toothpick
- 240 ml dry wine (white)
- 110 gr smoked ham
- 40 gr parmesan chee (freshly grated)
- 5 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 5 ml olive oil
- 5 gr italian parsley leav (chopped)
- 2 gr thyme (dried)
- 1 gr parsley leaves (chopped)
- 1 gr crumbled saffron threads
- some pepper to tas
seasoning and baste frequently. Remove the bay leaf, sprinkle the squid with the parsley, and serve.
