- 1 lb peas (fresh)
- 1/2 lb firm tofu
- 2 c noodles made without egg
- 1/2 c parsley (finely chopped fresh)
- 1 ts fine sea salt
- 1/2 ts thyme (dried)
- 1/4 ts black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1/2 ts marjoram (dried)
- 1/2 ts rubbed sage
the bay leaf and serve immediately.
