Ingredients
- 100 wheat flour (whole)
- 8 layer cake (pan)
- 1 1/2 mixed fruit (dried)
- 1 mixed spice
- 1 orange
- 1/2 soy milk
- 1/4 glac cherries
- 1 c real barbados sugar
- 1/2 c soy milk
- 1/4 lb vegan margarine
- 4 tb vegan margarine
- 2 tb vinegar
- 1/4 c blanched almonds
- 1/4 c mixed candied peel
- 2 tb almonds (ground)
- 3/4 ts baking soda
comes out clean. Leave the cake in the pan to cool, then remove and strip off the wax paper. Transfer to a wire rack and allow the cake to cool completely.
