Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 eggs
- 1 bay leaf
- 6 c water
- 1 lb baby lima beans
- 1 c black olives
- 1/2 c lemon juice
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1/2 c dill
- 1/2 c parsley leaves
- 1 1/2 ts salt
- 3/4 ts leaf thyme
- 3/4 ts pepper flakes (red)
- 1 ts lemon rind
- 3 slices green onion
Garnish top of beans with chopped olives, green onions and sieved eggs. Serve cold.
