Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 eggs
- 1 bay leaf
- 1,400 ml water
- 500 gr baby lima beans
- 140 gr black olives
- 120 ml lemon juice
- 120 ml olive oil
- 38 gr dill
- 14 gr parsley leaves
- 4 gr salt
- 2 gr leaf thyme
- 2 gr pepper flakes (red)
- 2 gr lemon rind
- 3 slices green onion
Garnish top of beans with chopped olives, green onions and sieved eggs. Serve cold.
