- 230 ml water chestnuts (sliced)
- 190 gr almonds (sliced)
- 150 gr butter
- 120 ml yogurt (plain)
- 100 gr celery (chopped)
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 22 gr onion (chopped)
- 8 gr salt
- 6 gr pepper (white)
- 1 package cream mushroom soup
NOTE This dish refrigerates well and freezes well so it can be perparted ahead and stored.
