- 85 gr beef (sliced)
- 60 gr onion
- 60 ml chicken broth
- 34 gr cilantro
- 14 gr butter
- 3 gr garlic salt
- 3 gr garlic
- some pepper to
- some pepper to sauteed mushrooms
TEXAS CAVIAR: Combine peas, tomato, green onions, garlic, bell pepper, cilantro, picante sauce, salt and pepper in bowl. Mix well, cover and chill 24 hours before serving.
