Ingredients
- 4 thyme sprig (fresh)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 salt
- 180 gr onions
- 120 ml wine vinegar (red)
- 60 ml honey
- 60 ml worcestershire sauce
- 45 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml olive oil
- 18 gr garlic
- 16 ml tabasco sauce
- 12 gr oregano (fresh)
- 8 gr chili powder
- 6 gr coriander
- 4 gr cumin
- 3 gr black pepper
- 1 gr pepper flakes (red)
- 1 package tomato paste
- 1 package tomatoes
Servings: 8 Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the onions. Cook, stirring until wilted. Add the garlic, cook briefly and add the remaining ingredients.
