Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 550 gr microwaveable casserole
- 425 gr glass measure
- 270 gr chicken breasts (boneless)
- 120 ml chicken stock
- 30 ml dry sherry
- 18 gr fermented black beans
- 16 ml soy sauce
- 16 ml vegetable oil
- 10 gr ginger (minced fresh)
- 10 ml sesame oil
- 5 gr cornstarch
- 5 ml soy sauce
- 3 gr chili paste (hot)
- 2 gr sugar
Drain liquid off chicken, pour black bean sauce over, stir and serve immediately.
