- 280 gr all purpose flour
- 200 gr firmly packed brown (light)
- 200 gr mashed ripe banana
- 100 gr granulated sugar
- 100 gr macadamia nuts (chopped)
- 100 gr butter (unsalted)
- 80 gr sweetened flaked coconut
- 45 ml sour cream
- 7 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr double-acting baking powder
- 2 gr baking soda
