Ingredients
- 9 springform (pan)
- 2 egg whites
- 2 cranberries
- 1 egg
- 250 gr cottage cheese
- 230 gr graham crumbs
- 200 gr sugar
- 120 ml orange juice
- 120 ml yogurt (plain)
- 32 gr flour
- 14 gr margarine
- 6 gr orange rind
- 5 gr cornstarch
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 package cream cheese (light)
cake to Ioosen from rim. Cool on rack. Chill. Combine cranberries, orange juice, and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Then simmer 3 minutes or until cranberries start to pop. Dissolve cornstarch in 1 tablespoon water. Add to pan, cook and stir 2 minutes. Chill topping, and spread over cake before serving.
