Ingredients
- 6 tomatillos (whole diced)
- 3 garlic (cloves minced)
- 2 cans cannellini beans
- 1 tomatoes
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 jalapeno seeded (whole)
- 1 salt and pepper
- 400 gr tomatoes
- 475 ml chicken stock
- 280 gr chicken (cooked chopped)
- 140 gr green chilies (chopped)
- 45 ml olive oil
- 34 gr cilantro (fresh chopped)
- 16 ml lime juice (fresh)
- 1 gr cumin
- 1 gr oregano
- some in a pot
Heat through and season to taste with salt and pepper.
