Ingredients
- 6 if desi
- 3 garlic (cloves)
- 1 onion
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1,100 gr beef brisket
- 350 ml budweiser beer
- 300 ml water
- 260 gr pork (lean)
- 230 ml tomato sauce
- 12 gr chili powder
- 10 ml wesson oil
- 6 gr green chilies (diced)
- 5 gr cumin (ground)
- 1 ml dry mustard
- 1 gr brown sugar
- 1 gr oregano
In a large kettle or Dutch oven, brown the beef, pork and onions in hot Wesson oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cover and simmer 3 to 4 hours, until meat is tender and chili is thick and bubbly. Stir occasionally. Serves 4
