- 40 gr parmesan (freshly grated)
- 16 ml honey
- 22 ml olive oil
- 18 gr dry yeast (active)
- 10 gr crumbled (dried)
- 4 gr thyme (chopped fresh)
- 2 gr rosemary (chopped fresh)
- 1 gr sage (chopped fresh)
- 1 gr salt
- some flour over a working surface
tablespoon of olive oil. Place in the middle shelf of the hot oven and bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bread has a golden brown crust and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom. Serves 8. Makes 2 loaves.
