- 9 round baking (pan)
- 1 egg
- 1 fudge nut glaze
- 200 gr sugar
- 180 ml dairy sour cream
- 130 gr all purpose flour
- 120 ml whipping cream
- 110 gr butter
- 110 gr hazelnuts
- 80 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 22 gr hersheys cocoa
- 14 gr butter
- 10 gr corn syrup (light)
- 7 gr powdered instant coffee
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 3 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
- some run down sides
FUDGE NUT GLAZE: In small saucepan, combine ingredients except nuts and vanilla. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes.
