Ingredients
- 8 chinese mushrooms (dried)
- 2 chilies
- 1,900 ml vegetable stock
- 160 gr firm tofu
- 60 ml lime juice
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 8 slices ginger (sliced)
- 1/2 slices lime
should overwhelm the other -and add more chilies, lime juice or soya sauce as needed. Serve garnished with chopped cilantro. Have a side dish of extra sliced chilies for those who like it hot. Keeps a few days refrigerated but it is best served fresh. Jeanne Marie Martin, "Vegan Delights"
