- 3,800 ml water
- 525 gr navy beans
- 425 ml tomato sauce
- 100 gr celery leaves
- 45 ml balsamic vinegar
- 30 gr barley miso
- 2 gr powdered mustard
- 1 gr chili powder
- 1 gr black pepper
- 1 gr thyme
- 1 gr salt
- 1 ml tobasco sauce
- 4 slices carrots
- some garlic
