Ingredients
- 6 potatoes-cubed
- 2 bell peppers (red)
- 1 lea
- 1,900 ml chicken stock
- 950 gr lamb stew meat
- 120 ml olive oil
- 60 ml sherry
- 16 ml vinegar
- 16 ml orange juice
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 8 gr parsly (chopped)
- 4 gr sugar
- 2 gr thyme
Heat oil and saute lamb till brown on all sides add the stock and simmer for 2 hours add the remaining ingredients,expect for the shery simmer for half hour more,add the sherry just before serving.
