Ingredients
- 3 prawns (whole cooked)
- 3 scallops (whole cooked)
- 2 anchovy fillets (whole)
- 1 lemon zest
- 40 gr mozzarella cheese smoked
- 32 gr crabmeat
- 28 ml pesto sauce
- 28 ml pizza sauce
- 16 gr capers
- 16 gr kalamata olives
- 16 gr garlic
- 10 gr parmesan cheese
- 1 gr parsley
- 1 gr pepper flakes (red crushed)
Preheat oven to 260ºC with pizza stone. Blend pesto and pizza sauce. Spread sauce over pizza dough. Cover with remaining ingredients. Place on pizza stone in oven and bake until golden brown. Recipe By : Cucina! Cucina!
