Ingredients
- 4 garlic (whole cloves)
- 1 onion
- 350 ml ketchup
- 240 ml orange juice (fresh)
- 120 ml water
- 90 ml wine vinegar (red)
- 90 ml lemon juice (fresh)
- 60 ml honey
- 45 gr crystalized ginger
- 30 ml dark molasses
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 18 gr chili powder
- 16 ml worcestershire sauce
- 16 ml dry mustard
- 6 gr coriander (ground)
- 3 gr salt
- 1 package tomatoes (peeled plum)

seasonings to taste. If the sauce is too thick, add a small amount of water. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate in covered containers for up to two weeks.
