- 4 navel oranges
- 120 gr spinach
- 120 ml olive oil
- 60 ml lemon juice
- 45 ml reserved orange juice
- 16 ml balsamic vinegar
- 16 ml wine vinegar (white)
- 16 ml dijon mustard
