• 2,400 ml saucepan over high hea bring the cream to a (boil)
• 950 ml cream (heavy)
• 450 gr semi-sweet chocolate
• 350 ml cream (heavy)

Chocolate Devastation

• 120 while gently
• 9 cake circle
• 8 egg whites
• 3 sheets of parchment paper
• 2 remaining circles
• 1 water in the bottom
• 1/2 double boiler over high hea place
• 1/2 double boiler
• 1/2 wide spiral toward the ouside of the circle
• 2,400 ml saucepan over high hea when (hot)
