• 200 gr date sugar
• 180 ml oil
• 85 gr raisins
• 80 ml soy milk
• 9 gr vanilla
• 3 gr salt
• 3 gr cinnamon

Sorghum Drop Cookies

• 1 egg
• 1/2 sorghum
• 160 gr all purpose flour
• 80 ml buttermilk
• 55 gr butter
• 55 gr packed brown sugar
• 40 gr raisins
• 2 gr baking soda
• 1 gr cinnamon (ground)
• 1 gr ginger (ground)
