Ingredients
- 4 lobster
- 3 garlic (cloves finely chopped)
- 1 salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 c chicken broth
- 2 c cream (heavy)
- 2 c tomato sauce (plain)
- 1 c dry wine (white)
- 1/2 c carrot (finely chopped)
- 1/2 c onion (finely chopped)
- 4 tb butter
- 1/4 c cognac
- 1/2 c celery (finely chopped)
- 2 tb olive oil
- 1/2 ts thyme (dried)
- 2 dash tomato paste
- some salt and pepper
with lobster, shrimp, clams or any seafood combination. *for shrimp, or clams or seafood..use 2 cups clam juice and 2 cups chicken broth instead of 4 cups chicken broth. Always add the seafood the last 5 min.
