- 1/4 c thinly slivered onion
- 2 oz angel hair pasta (cooked)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1/2 t lemon juice (fresh)
- 3 t flat-leaf parsley (chopped)
- 2 teaspoons parsley in a bowl
- 1/4 t garlic (finely minced)
- 1 package lemon (wedge)
- some black pepper
chicken and vegetables atop pasta. Sprinkle with remaining teaspoon of parsley. Serve with a lemon wedge alongside. Serves one: 446 calories, 11 grams fat, 70 milligrams cholesterol.
