- 26 gr angel hair pasta (cooked)
- 4 gr salt and pepper
- 2 ml lemon juice (fresh)
- 2 gr flat-leaf parsley (chopped)
- 1 gr parsley in a bowl
- 1 gr garlic (finely minced)
- 1 package lemon (wedge)
- some black pepper
chicken and vegetables atop pasta. Sprinkle with remaining teaspoon of parsley. Serve with a lemon wedge alongside. Serves one: 446 calories, 11 grams fat, 70 milligrams cholesterol.
