- 10 curry leaves
- 5 cm stick cinnamon
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 steaming chicken
- 1 strain stock a bowl (into)
- 1 onion (peeled)
- 1 lemon juice to (taste)
- 1 cummin (ground)
- 1 few celery leaves
- 10 c water
- 500 g ripe tomatoes
- 1 c coconut milk (thick)
- 2 t ghee
- 2 t salt
- 1 t ginger (finely grated)
- 1 t fennel (ground)
- 1 t coriander (ground)
- 1/2 t grounf turmeric
- 1/2 t black peppercorns (whole)
- 1 slice remaining onion
- some chicken joints
