Ingredients
- 15 sprigs of cilantro
- 4 mussels (fresh)
- 4 chippotle chiles
- 2 oranges
- 1 zest
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 orange zest
- 1 tbls of orange mayonnaise
- 1/2 oil
- 4 c water
- 1 c virgin olive oil
- 8 tb orange juice (fresh)
- 3 tb olive oil
- 3 tb garlic
- 2 tb cilantro
- 1 tb lime juice (fresh)
