Ingredients
- 15 sprigs of cilantro
- 4 mussels (fresh)
- 4 chippotle chiles
- 2 oranges
- 1 zest
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 orange zest
- 1 tbls of orange mayonnaise
- 1/2 oil
- 950 ml water
- 240 ml virgin olive oil
- 120 ml orange juice (fresh)
- 45 ml olive oil
- 26 gr garlic
- 18 gr cilantro
- 16 ml lime juice (fresh)
