- 10 chile (red)
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 3 chiles
- 3 pork chops
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 onions
- 1 water
- 1 burgundy
- 1/2 marinade
- 1/2 sauterne
- 6 lb beef
- 24 oz tomato sauce
- 12 oz beer
- 1 1/2 c tomatoes
- 1/2 c mushrooms
- 2 tb pepper sauce (hot)
- 2 tb oil
- 1 tablespoon liquid pepper sauce to the po (hot)
- 1 tb butter
- 2 ts salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 ts cayenne pepper
- 1 ts oregano
- 1/2 ts cumin
- 1/2 ts black pepper
- 1/2 ts thyme
- 1 package jalapeno peppers
- 1 package chiles
the chili is cooking, from time to time stir in the remaining marinade, the remaining Sauterne, and beer. If more liquid is needed, stir in the water the chicken was cooked in. Taste and adjust seasonings.
