- 4 pears
- 4 cm chunks
- 1 kg lamb (lean)
- 1/2 sultanas
- 1/2 c silvered almonds
- 1 tb olive oil
- 1 ts black pepper
- 1 ts cinnamon
- 1 ts cumin
- 1 ts coriander (ground)
- 1 ts ginger (ground)
- 2 slices onions
a further 5 minutes or until the pears are soft. Serve with rice.
