- 4 cm (cubes)
- 4 pears
- 4 cm chunks
- 1 kg lamb (lean)
- 1/2 sultanas
- 60 gr silvered almonds
- 16 ml olive oil
- 5 gr black pepper
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr cumin
- 2 gr coriander (ground)
- 2 gr ginger (ground)
- 2 slices onions
a further 5 minutes or until the pears are soft. Serve with rice.
