- 320 g lamb fillet
- 120 g cream
- 200 g pork net
- 150 g chicken stock
- 3/8 c liquefied gravy sauce
- 3/8 cup gravy
- 1/4 c cream
- 1/4 c wine
- 1/4 c port wine
- 50 g tomato (diced)
- 1/4 c milk
- 120 g romaine lettuce
- 15 g chives (chopped)
- 10 g truffle (chopped)
- 10 g shallots (chopped)
- 10 g flour
