- 150 gr lamb fillet
- 120 ml cream
- 110 gr pork net
- 150 ml chicken stock
- 80 ml liquefied gravy sauce
- 75 gr gravy
- 45 ml cream
- 45 ml wine
- 45 ml port wine
- 34 gr tomato (diced)
- 45 ml milk
- 14 gr romaine lettuce
- 10 gr chives (chopped)
- 6 gr truffle (chopped)
- 6 gr shallots (chopped)
- 5 gr flour
