  • 3/4 c bulgar wheat
  • 1/2 c pine nuts
  • 1/2 c onion (finely chopped yellow)
  • 3 tb lemon juice
  • 3 tb olive oil
  • 2 tb dill (ground fresh)
  • 2 ts cumin (ground)
  • 1 ts coriander (ground)
  • 1 tb mint (chopped fresh)
