- 1 fillin press the handle of a spoon dough around edges to seal (into)

- 1/2 up the sides of the prepared pans
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups flour
- 9 tb butter
- 1 cup more
- 1 cup cheese fillin
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1/2 c raisins
- 1/2 c sugar
- 3/8 c warm milk
- 1/2 c cottage cheese
- 1/4 c warm water (very)
- 3/8 c nuts (chopped)
- 3 tb sugar
- 3 tb flour
- 3 ts lemon rind (grated)
- 1/2 tsp sugar over warm water in (very)
- 3/4 ts salt
- 1/4 ts cinnamon (ground)
cakes sound hollow when tapped. Cool on a wire rack. (Place foil loosely over the crumb topping; invert onto rack, then turn right side up.) Let cool at least 30 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
