Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes
- 1 well
- 2 qt chicken stock
- 2 1/2 pound chickens
- 1 c unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1/2 c all purpose flour
- 3 tb ginger (minced)
- 1/4 c cilantro (chopped fresh)
- 5 tb prepared curry powder
- 2 tb garlic (minced)
- 1 ts cayenne pepper
- 1 ts cinnamon (ground)
- 2 slices onions (yellow)
