- 12 basil leaves
- 10 peppercorns
- 8 chilis (dried red)
- 6 garlic (cloves)
- 3 b
- 3 shallots
- 1 pepper (white)
- 1 kha (fresh)
- 4 3/8 c coconut milk (thin)
- 1 lb beef
- 1 5/8 c coconut cream
- 1 c peanuts (roasted)
- 2 tb fish sauce
- 2 tb palm sugar
- 2 ts lemon grass
- 1 ts shrimp paste
- 1 ts kaffir
- 1 ts coriander root
- 1/4 ts salt
- some salt and pepper
