- 12 basil leaves
- 10 peppercorns
- 8 chilis (dried red)
- 6 garlic (cloves)
- 3 b
- 3 shallots
- 1 pepper (white)
- 1 kha (fresh)
- 1,000 ml coconut milk (thin)
- 450 gr beef
- 400 ml coconut cream
- 200 gr peanuts (roasted)
- 30 ml fish sauce
- 26 gr palm sugar
- 6 gr lemon grass
- 3 gr shrimp paste
- 2 gr kaffir
- 2 gr coriander root
- 1 gr salt
- some salt and pepper
