  • 3 c rabbit
  • 1 5/8 c tasso (chopped)
  • 2 c rice (uncooked)
  • 1 1/2 c green peppers (finely chopped)
  • 1 1/2 c onions (finely chopped)
  • 3/4 c tomato sauce (canned)
  • 1 1/2 c celery (finely chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cup onions
  • 4 tb margarine
  • 1 1/2 ts pepper (ground red)
  • 1 ts salt
  • 1 ts garlic powder
  • 1/2 ts tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 ts black pepper

Makes 4 main-dish or 8 appetizer servings.
