- 12 shrimp
- 12 mussels
- 9 pie (pan)
- 8 clams
- 8 scallops
- 4 pasta pancakes
- 4 eggs
- 4 ripe kiwis
- 2 basiil (fresh)
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 pimentos
- 1/4 cappellini
- 2 1/2 c rich veal demi-glace
- 8 oz ginger-pepper sauce
- 3/4 c wine (white)
- 1/2 c marsala wine
- 4 oz bread crumbs
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 1/4 c water
- 1/4 c brown sugar (light)
- 4 oz parmesan cheese
- 1 oz soy sauce
- 1 oz green onion
- 1 oz ginger root
