- 230 ml ginger-pepper sauce
- 180 ml wine (white)
- 120 ml marsala wine
- 110 gr bread crumbs
- 100 gr sugar
- 60 ml lemon juice
- 60 ml water
- 55 gr brown sugar (light)
- 38 gr parmesan cheese
- 28 ml soy sauce
- 14 gr green onion
- 12 gr ginger root
