Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 bok choy (sliced)
- 1 c brown rice (cooked)
- 1 c napa cabbage
- 1/2 c pepper (julienned red)
- 1/4 c sherry
- 3/8 c thinly onions (sliced)
- 2 tb fermented black beans
- 2 ts water
- 1 tb garlic (minced)
- 1 ts honey
- 1 tb ginger root (grated)
- 1 ts tamari sauce
- 1 ts cornstarch
minutes. Add honey, tamari & dissolved cornstarch. Cook & stir till sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat & stir in 1 tb black bean sauce. Serve over rice. "Vegetarian Times" September, 1990
