- 2 c rice (cooked)
- 1/2 c low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 c green onion (chopped)
- 3 tb parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 ts butter
- 1 ts italian mixed herbs
- 1/4 ts salt
- 1/2 t oregano
- 1/8 ts coarsely pepper (ground)
9. Let stand 5 minutes, then slice to serve.
