- 110 gr brown sugar
- 100 gr almonds
- 28 gr butter
- 24 gr cornstarch
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 2 gr ginger
- 1 gr lemon rind
- 1 gr salt
wire rack. ALMOND TOPPING: Combine the flour, brown sugar, and ginger in a bowl. Cut in the butter, using a pastry blender, until crumbly. Stir in the almonds.
