Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 poultry seasoning
- 1 beau monde seasoning
- 425 gr bread crumbs
- 200 ml amaretto liquor
- 240 ml chicken broth
- 120 ml orange juice
- 120 ml honey
- 110 gr brown sugar (light)
- 55 gr butter
- 40 gr onions
- 34 gr celery
- 1 package water chestnuts
Mix all of stuffing ingredients together and pour into greased bakingdish. Lay chicken breasts on top of mixture (or place under stuffingmixture if desired more moist). If placed on top, baste from time totime with glaze sauce. Glaze sauce: combine and heat ingredientsslowly in small heavy saucepan until sugar dissolves. Cool, andeither baste chicken breasts during cooking, or serve as toppingglaze at table.
Bake in preheated oven 180ÂșC for 20 minutes or until the chicken breasts are done.
