Ingredients
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 bay leaf
- 3/4 scallions (sliced)
- 1/2 high
- 1,400 gr pumpkin preheat the oven
- 1,000 gr pumpkin puree
- 950 ml chicken broth
- 240 ml sour cream (optional)
- 55 gr butter
- 18 gr chives (finely chopped)
- 5 gr brown sugar
- 1 gr curry powder
- 1 gr parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 gr nutmeg
