- 8 round cake pans
- 4 eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 1/4 frosting
- 3/8 egg whites
- 500 gr sugar
- 325 gr cake flour
- 270 gr pecans (chopped)
- 240 ml evaporated milk
- 240 ml buttermilk
- 190 gr butter (unsalted)
- 160 gr unsweetened coconut (shredded)
- 130 gr chocolate (white)
- 120 ml boiling water
- 8 gr vanilla extract
- 5 gr baking soda
evenly over the cake layer, making sure to spread it all the way to the edges. Top with the second layer, and spread with quarter of the frosting. Top with the third cake layer. Evenly frost the top and sides of the cake with the remaining frosting.
