- 50 gr onion (minced)
- 45 ml dry sherry
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 20 gr cornstaraach
- 2 gr orange rind (grated)
- 1 gr chili peppers (dried ground)
- 1 gr anise
- 1 gr saffron
- 2 packages pineapple (crushed)
