- 1 bell pepper (red chopped)
- 1,900 ml fat-free chicken broth
- 280 gr chicken cubed (cooked)
- 210 gr shell pasta
- 190 gr spinach stems removed (fresh)
- 30 ml lemon juice (fresh)
- 16 ml olive oil
- 4 gr lemon peel (grated)
- some salt and pepper
Optional: Sprinkle freshly grated parmesan in bowls after serving. Amount will objviously affect calories and fat.
